From Poprad you have two of Slovakia's most famous national parks at hand. TANAP – High Tatras offer hundreds of kilometres of marked trails, from easy valleys (Bielovodská, Mengusovská) to alpine routes (Rysy, Kriváň, Slavkovský štít). Slovak Paradise (40 min) is famous for its ladders and waterfalls – Suchá Belá, Kláštorská roklina, Prielom Hornádu.
